Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to drive process development for new customer products. You will lead full manufacturing process releases, implement DOE-based capability assessments, and optimize costs with DFX while ensuring quality and reliability across production.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a similar role or industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the customer's technical roadmap and related process development projects.
• Lead development and release of the full manufacturing process for new customer products.
• Provide feedback on customer technical requirements to team and management.
• Develop and implement costed, optimized feedback using DFX to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Plan and lead the assessment of process capability using Design of Experiments.
• Devise process controls and data collection strategies; analyze data for yield and reliability issues.
• Communicate critical technical and business issues to management promptly.
