Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking Principal/Staff/Associate Staff Engineers with wet bench and furnace process expertise for a semiconductor environment in Malaysia. The role involves setting up unit process recipes, improving yield, and collaborating with RD Engr and YE to optimize DOE.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with wet bench and furnace deposition, plus strong communication across Module, YE, RD, QA, and other teams. Bachelor's in engineering required; Master/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years semiconductor experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with DOE and process tuning.

Responsibilities

• Set up unit process recipe on available tools and BKMs for development.
• Support continuous improvement and yield enhancement activities.
• Coordinate with YE/R&D Eng’r for DOE vs tool capability discussions.
• Develop COT+ / CUSP process flows with YE / RD.
