Job summary

GF Malaysia in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Process Engineering professional to strengthen fab operations through analysis of SPC/FDC charts and SOP-driven workflows. You will review data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper line pass-down and documentation while supporting qualification and new processes remotely.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Willing to perform 12-hour shift including day/night rotation.
• Flexible and able to support overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review SPC/FDC charts following CAS/SOP.
• Review setup data and release tool with proper SOP.
• Troubleshoot process related issues and document passes-down.
• Assist Engineers & participate in qualification and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate with PE, EAE/EE, Technician, ME & others to meet SOP objectives.
• Participate in CIP projects to improve process robustness, cost and capacity.
