Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Natural Gas Engineering.
• Over 20 years of design experience in FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects, with overseas exposure.
• Lead or review multiple FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects and provide on-site technical service.
• Proficient in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS) and related design tools.

Job description

To support the continuous growth of our business, we are seeking qualified individuals to take on the roles of Project Leader and Technical Head in the field of process design.Here are the detailed job responsibilities and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for coordinating the process technology of FPSO/FLNG/LNG facilities, leading the technical development and growth of the product line as a technical leader in FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects.

1. 1.As the project's technical lead, make key decisions on major technical proposals and review core process documents, including:
   • 1)Determining the process flow of production facilities, reviewing process simulation calculations, material and heat balances, and PFDs/UIDs.
   • 2)Auditing the selection and calculations of process equipment, and setting its specifications and technical requirements.
   • 3)Reviewing proposed equipment layout schemes.
   • 4)Auditing design guidelines and other key design documents. Based on process needs, propose control solutions and audit P&IDs for in - house process systems.
   • 5)Supporting equipment technical bid evaluation.
   • 6)Organizing professional - level reviews of key technical documents and major technical issues, and participating in project - level or company - level reviews as required.
2. 2.With experience in process safety design, familiar with multiple safety assessment theories, and involved in safety risk evaluation meetings such as HAZID and HAZOP.
3. 3.Guide technical development and business construction, conduct cutting - edge technical research and planning.
4. 4.Lead professional reviews of major technical solutions and resolve significant technical challenges in the field.5.Identify team weaknesses and develop actionable training improvement plans.Finish other tasks assigned by the department, like quotation work and marketing support.

Position Requirements:

1. 1. Academic Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Natural Gas Engineering, or similar fields.
2. 2. Work Experience: Over 20 years in a well - known domestic or international design institute, with extensive engineering design experience. Have led or reviewed the design of three or more FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects as a technical or audit lead, with rich design and on - site technical service experience and solid technical knowledge. Experience in overseas projects is required.
3. 3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using process simulation software like Aspen HYSYS.
4. 4. Computer Skills: Proficient in using calculation software such as HYSYS, Flaresim, and PipeNet, and able to analyze, evaluate, and adjust results as needed.
5. 5. Language Proficiency: Strong English skills for reading, writing, speaking, and listening, with the ability to communicate in technical contexts.
