Job summary

Wison New Energies seeks a Project Leader and Technical Head to drive process design for FPSO/FLNG/LNG facilities in Malaysia. You will coordinate technology development, lead technical reviews, and ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in major design institutes, overseas project experience, and hands-on expertise with Aspen HYSYS, Flaresim, and PipeNet. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Natural Gas Engineering.
• Over 20 years of design experience in FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects, with overseas exposure.
• Lead or review multiple FPSO/FLNG/LNG projects and provide on-site technical service.
• Proficient in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS) and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process technology for FPSO/FLNG/LNG facilities.
• Lead key technical proposals and review core process documents.
• Audit PFDs/UIDs, equipment specs, and layouts.
• Conduct safety design reviews, including HAZID/HAZOP.
• Guide technical development and training advancement; support quotations & marketing tasks.
