Job summary

The role includes creating and analyzing charts, establishing SOPs and FMEAs, and reviewing product development requirements for cost and schedule alignment. Qualifications

• Engineering degree/technical background required.
• 0-2 years of experience for BS or MS.
• Knowledge of process development and quality methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls.
• Establish SOPs and FMEA for related processes.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods and costs.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to enhance process performance.
