Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Associate Process Engineer (NCG) to monitor key production processes, review SPC/FDC charts, and support fab operations across existing and new projects. Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics.
• Good team player with initiative and accountability.
• Willing to learn, with strong communication skills; able to work shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review & analyze SPC/FDC charts following CAS/SOP procedures.
• Review setup data and release tool with proper SOP.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide detailed pass-down of inhibits & lot disposition.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure SOP-compliant work and meet module objectives.
• Participate in qualification, process improvement projects, or new equipment qualification remotely.
• Contribute to CIP projects to improve process robustness, cost and capacity.
