Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring an Associate Process Engineer (NCG) to support wafer fabrication processes. You will review SPC/FDC charts, analyze data, and coordinate with multiple modules to ensure SOP compliance and productive line operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review SPC/FDC charts and follow CAS/SOP modules.
• Review setup data and release tools per SOP.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and pass down tool/process inhibits.
• Provide accurate pass-down of line issues and lot disposition.
• Assist Engineers and participate in qualification and CIP projects.
• Coordinate with PE, EAE/EE, Technician, ME and other modules to meet SOP objectives.
