Job summary

GlobalFoundries inc. in Malaysia is seeking a process engineer to develop and improve manufacturing formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.

You will analyze charts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. The role encompasses establishing SOPs and FMEA, reviewing product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods, and integrating equipment and material capabilities to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or MS with 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficient in basic process engineering principles.
• Experience with SOPs and FMEA is a plus.
• Ability to analyze charts and data to support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOP and FMEA for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive CIP to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support EHS & Security requirements.
