Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in AP/Plasma/Descum processing.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fishbone.

Responsibilities

• Set up AP/Plasma/Descum processes for packages.
• Develop and industrialize processes for new packages.
• Support assembly of engineering samples for new packages/technologies.
• Characterize AP/Plasma/Descum processes and materials.
• Generate and update process specs, SOPs, FMEA, and control plans.
• Provide technical support for critical quality concerns in AP/Plasma/Descum.
