Qualifications

• Deep expertise in power semiconductor testing across Si, SiC, IGBT and GaN technologies.
• Experience with wafer sort, die-level, package final, and power module test development.
• Strong ability to apply statistical data analysis to yield and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive advanced test solutions for PSG's power semiconductor portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Product Engineering, Quality, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Develop robust, cost-effective, scalable test solutions for qualification, ramp, and yield optimization.
