Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a Precious Metals Sales Trader to drive growth in our physical trading business, combining client acquisition with strong trade execution and risk management.

You will develop new wholesale channels, provide pricing and quotations, execute transactions, and ensure compliance with our policies while maintaining relationships with suppliers and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Finance or Economics.
• Experience in physical precious metals trading.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Willing to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new suppliers and customers for Gold, Silver and PGM.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead customer negotiations, pricing discussions and commercial proposals.
• Initiate the KYC Process and counterparty assessment before onboarding new accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers and suppliers, while driving sales targets and profitability.
