Job summary

WORQ is seeking a proactive Community & Events Intern to help plan flagship events, support outlet engagement, and assist with brand storytelling across the coworking network.

You will coordinate with partners and vendors, manage registrations and on-site execution, and contribute ideas to improve member experience. Ideal candidates are studying marketing or related fields and comfortable creating visuals with Canva.

Qualifications

• Undergoing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Have a basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Able to think strategically and translate ideas into goal-oriented content.
• Familiarity with Canva/CapCut is a plus; experience with web content management systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing flagship community events (founder events, ecosystem activations and launch events).
• Support coordination with partners, vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with event registration, guest management and on-ground execution.
• Assist with event rundown, guest lists and post-event reports.
• Support tracking of attendance and engagement metrics.
• Support outlet-level engagement initiatives and member communications.
