Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive: a strategic storyteller, and digital-savvy marketer who will elevate WORQ’s brand narrative across national, real estate and tech media, while driving our social media ecosystem, campaign activations, and brand events to support community growth.

You will lead earned media and press materials, engage editors across property, business, and technology outlets, monitor coverage, and report PR performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate communications, public relations, social media execution, or integrated marketing.
• Master-level writing across press releases, long-form LinkedIn articles, and marketing collateral.
• Understanding of how PR, social media, and communications projects support brand equity and lead generation.
• Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate on-site event logistics, and leverage media networks.
• Experience using HubSpot and Canva or similar content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications initiatives and position WORQ as a leader in flexible workspaces and the future of work.
• Write and distribute press releases, op-eds, official announcements, and media kits.
• Build relationships with editors and journalists; pitch leadership for commentary and newsjacking.
• Monitor media coverage, track brand mentions, and report PR metrics.
• Own WORQ's social content strategy; repurpose earned media into platform-native assets.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, and budget tracking; manage vendor logistics.
