Job summary

Aon plc in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Portfolio & Client Service to lead the portfolio control tower for complex client programmes in the energy sector.

You will manage transitions, renewals, dashboards, and governance updates, coordinating across regional teams and ensuring delivery on deadlines. This role demands strong client-service skills, organisation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex account servicing, portfolio or programme management.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and follow-through.
• Strong client-service, communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with data, dashboards and management reporting.
• Energy or oil & gas knowledge is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reliable master view of complex insurance and reinsurance portfolios.
• Develop and manage transition, renewal and key deliverable calendars.
• Track programme milestones, dependencies, information, actions and deadlines.
• Coordinate data and documentation requirements between clients, brokers and teams.
• Develop dashboards, RAG reporting, action trackers and governance updates.
• Coordinate activities across Technical Broking, Operations, SAM and regional/global teams.
• Monitor service standards and identify programmes at risk of delay.
• Support day-to-day client servicing and ensure timely communication.
• Drive follow-up, escalation and closure of outstanding actions.
