Responsibilities

• Lead the transition and ongoing delivery of complex insurance and reinsurance programmes for major Energy clients.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams, establishing clear ownership, priorities and accountability.
• Establish programme governance, transition plans, targets, service level agreements, dashboards, risk and action tracking, and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate delivery across Malaysia, Singapore, London and relevant regional and global specialist teams.
• Manage operational engagement with senior client stakeholders and ensure service issues are addressed proactively.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints and dependencies early, and drive appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, workflows, reporting and client visibility.
• Apply Energy insurance and reinsurance knowledge to oversee and challenge technical delivery.
• Partner with Energy leadership and Strategic Account Management to strengthen Aon’s client proposition.

What the day will look like

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Significant experience in complex corporate insurance, reinsurance, broking, underwriting, Energy or a related risk-transfer environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programmes, transitions or major client portfolios.
• Strong programme governance, execution, risk management and escalation discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior client communication skills.
• Good understanding of Energy and Oil & Gas insurance and reinsurance.
• Proven people leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a complex, fast paced environment.
