Job summary

Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Policy Servicing (Projects & UAT) in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage servicing requests, support data-driven decisions, and assist in meetings and requirements for projects and UAT deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Insurance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years in the Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle Servicing Request from customers for Takaful/Life.
• Present data to support decisions for solutions.
• Assist supervisor in product meetings and in preparing requirements.
• Perform system enhancements and prepare documents for UAT sign-off.
• Monitor results and propose automation/improvement proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Takaful Act 1984 and related guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day problem solving support.
