Job summary

FWD TIM in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accomplished PMO Lead to plan, initiate, manage and deliver TIM programs on time and within budget. You will steer cross-functional teams, align with senior management, and drive governance to ensure business value across the TIM portfolio.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling and reporting, manage stakeholders, and lead regional/global teams to successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on project and program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects across regional/global teams.
• Experience with Agile practices and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, manage and deliver TIM program/projects on time and budget.
• Steer and supervise project teams across workstreams to successful completion.
• Collaborate with senior management on TIM PMO direction and scope.
