Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Malaysia seeks an Associate Director / Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and safe execution.

You will manage local project teams, coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors and authorities, and uphold EHS and ISO standards while guiding the full construction lifecycle from mobilization to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering.
• 15–20+ years' project management experience in mission-critical facilities, with large-scale data centre exposure.
• Strong knowledge of data centre construction, CSA and MEP applications.
• Full construction lifecycle experience from mobilization to handover.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects from inception to handover.
• Provide leadership to project teams and coordinate across departments, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, contractors, supply chain and authorities.
• Own EHS compliance and maintain ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
• Manage budgets, manpower and materials to meet project goals.
• Support site due diligence, land acquisition and RFPs; maintain full project documentation.
