Job summary
Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an NPI Manager in Penang to lead the Engineering Services organization supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the Plasma Power business. The role oversees Drafting and PPS teams, ensuring timely delivery of engineering documentation and manufacturing readiness for product transfers and ramp-ups.
You will work with global teams to ensure compliant product releases and effective transitions to manufacturing, while driving process
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix org.
- Familiarity with engineering documentation and configuration management.
- Experience with KPI/OKR development and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering services team.
- Set objectives, metrics, and development plans for the team.
- Coordinate resource planning and capacity for multiple NPI programs.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Oversee PPS activities for PCBAs, SCD, BOM, and manufacturing docs.
- Lead PPS release activities before RFQ and supplier engagement.
- Drive digital transformation across PLM, ERP, CAD and document control.
