Capco, a global business and technology consultancy focused on financial services, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives in capital markets and wealth management. You will drive end-to-end programme delivery across multiple vendors with strong governance and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 years of experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Extensive experience establishing and leading programme governance structures and Steering Committees.
• Strong understanding of programme financial management, budgeting, and commercial oversight.
• Experience within Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Brokerage, or related financial services domains is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall delivery of strategic technology transformation programmes from mobilisation through implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Establish, maintain, and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and critical paths.
• Drive mobilisation activities, implementation planning, and transition management to ensure successful outcomes.
