Job summary

Capco (The Capital Market Company Group) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation programmes in capital markets and wealth management. You will oversee end-to-end programme delivery, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multiple vendors and senior leadership.

The candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex financial services transformations, with strong skills in governance, budgeting, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Experience establishing and leading programme governance structures and Steering Committees.
• Strong understanding of programme financial management and budgeting.
• Experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Brokerage, or related financial services domains is preferred.
• Relevant programme management certifications (PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology transformation programmes across capital markets and/or wealth management sectors.
• Establish and manage integrated programme plans with milestones, schedules and critical paths.
• Drive mobilisation, implementation planning, and transition to operations.
• Design and manage governance frameworks; lead Steering Committee meetings and executive forums.
• Oversee RAID management, risk mitigation, and change control processes.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery partners; manage senior stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and resource planning.
• Ensure quality and delivery assurance across programme deliverables.
