Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building backend or platform services for distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and enterprise tech stacks.
• Ability to make independent, sound technical decisions in complex settings.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data processing, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve core platform components including API services and orchestration systems.
• Own platform subsystems from architecture through testing and maintenance.
• Drive reliability, observability, and production readiness for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Identify and address operational challenges impacting deployments and customer success.
• Mentor teams and promote engineering best practices across projects.
