Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection moulding processes, machinery, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production data.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to maintain efficient production.
• Proficient in operating and programming computerised injection moulding machines.
• Commitment to product quality and workplace safety with leadership capability to train juniors.
