Job summary

Pristine Glory in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Technician to operate and monitor injection moulding machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and work with the production team to drive process improvements.

You will also train and mentor junior technicians, maintain accurate production records, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in plastic injection technician roles or similar.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection processes and machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and data.
• Proven problem-solving skills to maintain efficient production.
• Experience operating and programming computerised injection moulding machines.
• Commitment to product quality and workplace safety.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.

Job Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to maintain efficient production
