Job summary

NationGate Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Planner / Senior Planner to manage customer demand, order requirements, material readiness, capacity loading and shipment planning to ensure demand‑to‑supply alignment and on‑time delivery across Malaysia.

You will coordinate with SCM, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and Engineering, translate demand into actionable loading plans, monitor CTB status, capacity and production schedules, and escalate risks to protect commitments and program execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field
• Fresh graduates may apply for Planner
• For Senior Planner, 2–3 years in production planning or supply chain planning
• Experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing is a plus
• Familiar with ERP systems, Oracle preferred
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
• Good command of English; Mandarin preferred for overseas collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand, orders and shipment requirements to ensure timely planning visibility
• Develop and maintain short-, medium- and long-term loading plans
• Analyze demand against capacity and material readiness to determine feasibility
• Coordinate with SCM, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics and Engineering to align priorities
• Monitor CTB status and translate supply into executable production schedules
• Provide accurate shipment visibility and escalate delivery risks as needed
• Drive cross-functional alignment and recovery actions to meet delivery commitments
• Maintain planning data integrity in relevant systems and reports
