Job summary

JurisTech Malaysia, a leading lending and recovery software innovator, invites a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join its Kuala Lumpur team. You will lead the technical development and delivery of Juris solution suite, ensuring code quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor teammates, lead design and integration discussions, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and promote best practices in security, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PHP development experience.
• Strong Linux command line and server concepts.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment workflows.
• Familiar with PHPUnit and software testing.
• Experience in system design and integration.
• Ability to document technical designs and interfaces.
• Ability to manage tasks and lead teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Juris solution suite and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide development to meet deadlines and follow best practices.
• Lead technical design discussions with developers, business analysts and customers.
• Lead integration approaches and coordination with external vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote coding quality and designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align requirements and data flows.
