Job summary

Juris Technologies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Product Owner to translate business needs into product capabilities and manage the backlog with cross-functional teams. This role contributes to digital lending and collection solutions and supports scalable software development.

You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, QA, and UI/UX teams to define acceptance criteria, drive sprint ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/SWE/BIS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Product Owner / BA / PM or similar role.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience with SDLC and development teams.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or similar tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and mobile/web development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog by prioritising user stories based on value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Work with Engineers, BAs, QA, and UI/UX to ensure quality delivery.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to identify improvements.
• Define success metrics and monitor post-release performance.
• Support pre-sales and customer discussions with product expertise.
