Job summary

This hands-on leadership role requires designing architectures, writing and reviewing code, solving tough engineering problems, and guiding other engineers from idea to production.

You will balance architecture with implementation, make strong technical decisions, and raise the bar for quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Lead engineer with hands-on coding and design ownership.
• Experience shipping large-scale systems across backend/frontend/APIs.
• Strong system design and architecture skills with complex trade-offs.
• Able to explain technical decisions and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution of major products and initiatives.
• Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, code reviews, and debugging.
• Set high bar for code quality, testing, security, and reliability.
• Review designs and provide actionable feedback to engineers.
• Mentor engineers to strengthen technical capability.
• Monitor production and resolve incidents to improve reliability.
