Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical engineering.
• Experience with blister packing machinery.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical processes.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot critical packaging machinery, including blister packing lines and cartoners.
• Monitor machine performance and drive improvement to optimize productivity and quality.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimise disruption and failures.
• Maintain GMP-compliant SOPs, documentation, and change control where applicable.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel on equipment operation.
• Participate in improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.
