Job summary

SUN PHARMA in Malaysia is seeking a qualified professional to support daily production coordination across fabrication, compression, coating, and encapsulation. You will monitor processes, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvements to boost productivity.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering or pharmacy with 3–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, knowledge of granulation and related processes, and hands-on experience with deviation investigations and operator

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Proficiency in granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation processes.
Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production planning and execution (Fabrication/Compression/Coating/Encapsulation).
Ensure smooth shift operations and coordination across 24-hour continuous production.
Monitor process performance, output, efficiency, and downtime.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP compliance.
Support process troubleshooting and deviation investigation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity (Kaizen, OEE).
Conduct training and ensure operator competency.
Monitor absenteeism and support discipline management at shop floor.
