Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Performance Tester to lead end-to-end non-functional testing efforts for NFT projects. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders across GTO, building testing strategies, and delivering performance improvements.

The candidate will develop and execute tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and other APM tools, analyze results, and drive root cause analysis. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
7–9 years of experience in Performance Testing / Non Functional Testing (NFT).
Strong understanding of NFT concepts and methodologies.
Exposure to load, stress, endurance tests.
Familiarity with FMET concepts.
Hands-on with LoadRunner, Performance Center, JMeter and APM tools (Splunk, Grafana, BMC).
Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, and multi-system integration (Mainframe/AS400).
Proficient in Agile/Hybrid Agile/DevOps delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate non-functional requirements collection with business and technical teams.
Derive performance testing strategy for impacted systems and interfaces.
Develop and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
Design and run performance test plans and scripts for capacity and resiliency.
Analyze results and present findings with actionable recommendations.
Use monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks and propose tuning.
Collaborate with Dev and DevOps to resolve bottlenecks.
Monitor scalability, throughput, and load testing metrics.
