Job summary

You will work with global stakeholders to understand requirements, design performance test plans, and drive performance improvements across multiple applications and interfaces.

The role requires 7–9 years of NFT experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk, Grafana, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Performance Testing / NFT.
• Experience with industry-standard tools like LoadRunner, JMeter and APM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-functional requirements collection with business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute performance tests using LoadRunner/JMeter.
• Analyze performance results and provide actionable recommendations.
