Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Performance Tester to drive end-to-end non-functional testing for NFT initiatives within the NFT Lead and TCoE at Innohub2 KL. You will design test strategies, develop scripts with LoadRunner/JMeter, and analyze results using Grafana, Splunk and Dynatrace across complex integrated systems.

Applicants should have 7-9 years in performance testing, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to support global projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or related field.
7-9 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
Exposure to load, stress, endurance tests and FMET concepts.
Hands-on with LoadRunner, Performance Center, JMeter and APM tools.
Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, REST/SOAP/JSON protocols.
Experience in complex environments with Mainframe, Core Banking and AS400.

Responsibilities

Coordinate non-functional requirements collection with business and technical teams.
Study non-functional requirements across applications and derive testing strategy.
Develop scripts and execute performance tests with LoadRunner and JMeter.
Design and execute performance test plans, scenarios and scripts.
Analyze, review and present performance results with recommendations.
Use monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace for analysis.
Perform root cause analysis and propose fixes for bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Development and DevOps to improve performance.
Analyze scalability, throughput and load testing metrics.
Document defects using JIRA and report to developers.
