Job summary

FABCOM is a Kuala Lumpur–based marketing consultancy that delivers data-driven, tech-enabled campaigns for brand growth. As an Account Manager, you will lead a team that crafts effective media strategies for clients, oversee campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GMP, and translate briefs into full-funnel plans aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in digital media; higher roles possible; Associate PM option available.
• Advanced knowledge of campaign testing, performance metrics, and attribution logic
• Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Skilled at client communication and able to influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Strong in reporting and analytics - can guide teams to interpret data and present insights clearly
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMP Suite, and related platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMP, and other programmatic platforms
• Oversee campaign setup, launch, and optimization to ensure flawless execution and delivery
• Translate briefs into full-funnel strategies aligned with business and media goals
• Monitor key KPIs across performance campaigns and lead optimization with clear direction
• Collaborate on dashboards and reporting to deliver clear, actionable performance that connect data to impact
• Act as a trusted advisor for account leads and clients, providing performance insights and guidance and ensure the team delivers consistently high-quality work, on time and on strategy
• Drive continuous improvements across SOPs, workflows, and QA processes; push new ideas and tools to enhance efficiency and media effectiveness
