NP Digital Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing to own end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other programmatic platforms. You will manage daily account activity, budgets, bids, and bid strategies to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, a bachelor’s degree, comfort with numbers, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred for this position.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Experience with paid media platforms and data-driven optimization.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
• Knowledge of web design/HTML is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, pacing, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.
• Monitor KPIs (ROAS, conversions, CTR, CPA) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
