Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in card operations, reconciliation, or financial reporting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data tools (Power Query).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process merchant and customer payments and transactions.
• Perform reconciliation and maintain general ledger entries for card-related transactions.
• Manage settlement processes, billings and invoices from card schemes.
• Reconcile card scheme transactions, billings, invoices and update ledgers.
• Execute payments to regulatory bodies and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with guidelines.
• Compile quarterly reports for Visa and Mastercard using internal data.
• Retrieve and fulfill merchant statement requests per SLAs.
