Ryt Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead payments growth and expansion, bringing new payment capabilities to market across corridors, use cases, and external partners. You will own merchant-driven payments, remittance, and cross-border payments end to end from partner strategy to scalable operations.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of product management with payments focus and ownership of remittance or cross-border payments.
• Experience shipping payment products for retail and business use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, and risk controls.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the payments expansion roadmap, including corridor expansion and new use cases.
• Define customer value proposition and deliver end-to-end experiences that are fast, clear, and reliable.
• Lead partner strategy: selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Drive pricing, unit economics, incentives, and commercial governance with partners.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Operations, and Engineering to ensure scalable controls.
• Build business cases and delivery plans for new corridors and payment capabilities.
• Improve conversion, repeat usage, and revenue via product improvements and partner levers.
