Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of product management experience in payments.
• Experience shipping payment products across retail and business use cases.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement, and risk controls.
• Proven ability to drive growth: acquisition, volume, conversion, revenue.
• Strong partner management including onboarding and negotiations.
• Comfortable collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
• Analytical skills to build business cases and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments expansion roadmap across merchant use cases, remittance, and cross border payments.
• Identify and prioritise high impact payment use cases and deliver end-to-end experience.
• Define partner strategy and lead end-to-end partner selection and onboarding.
• Lead commercials and contracting, including pricing models and unit economics.
• Drive scheme and network readiness across compliance, ops, and tech.
• Design operating model for settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Operations, Finance, Design and Engineering.
• Build business cases and delivery plans for corridors and partners.
• Run growth and optimisation cadence to improve conversion and revenue.
• Define payment UX standards and guardrails to reduce friction.
