Sandisk seeks a Lead Program Manager for Packaging Operations to drive complex packaging artwork and program-management initiatives supporting consumer branding. You will lead projects to ensure on-time delivery within SLA, while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor team members, manage documentation, and push continuous improvement in operational efficiency, QA/QC and packaging tooling within an Agile

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in packaging artwork production or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading large packaging/branding projects.
• Data storytelling to present risks and metrics to stakeholders.
• Experience with packaging automation or QA/QC automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver packaging artwork initiatives within SLA.
• Plan and deliver packaging artwork initiatives solo or with a 2–5 person team.
• Maintain project docs, changelogs, and dashboards in Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
• Report progress, metrics and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Lead continuous improvement within Agile framework.
