Bybit in Malaysia is seeking a highly analytical P2P Risk Strategy Specialist to design, optimize, and scale our risk automation framework, protecting the platform from P2P fraud, account takeovers, and money-laundering. You will combine data expertise with hands-on Python and SQL to detect fraud patterns across large transaction ecosystems and translate insights into real-time decision rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk strategy, transaction monitoring, or fraud analysis in Fintech/Banking.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and window functions.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and rule automation.
• Experience detecting fraud networks and multi-account abuse patterns.

Responsibilities

• Pattern detection and behavioral analysis on high-volume logs.
• Design and refine real-time risk policies and thresholds.
• Write production-grade SQL and Python scripts for analytics.
• Translate models into operational strategies and run A/B tests.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses to reduce losses from fraudulent activity.
• Build automated dashboards and KPI tracking.
