Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Data Risk Analyst to support risk operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will review campaigns, perform data quality checks, and analyze user behavior to inform operational decisions and strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in data analysis or risk-related roles, with strong SQL skills and experience in R or Python being a plus. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure campaigns run smoothly and risk controls are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field and at least 2 years of data analysis or data operations experience.
Proficiency in SQL with ability to perform independent data analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus.
Strong business acumen and risk intuition with clear data sensitivity and logical thinking.

Responsibilities

Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, data quality checks, case reviews, and user behavior analysis.
Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights for operational decisions and strategy.
Monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework to improve efficiency.
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk-control strategies.
