Job summary

Bybit is seeking a highly analytical P2P Risk Strategy Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to design, optimize, and scale its risk automation framework. You will protect the platform against peer-to-peer transaction risks and employ Python and SQL to detect fraud patterns across large transaction ecosystems.

Responsibilities include pattern detection, risk policy development, real-time decisioning, model integration, and loss mitigation, with automated dashboards and KPIs to monitor risk performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk strategy or fraud analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and analytics.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and rule automation.
• Experience identifying complex fraud networks and abuse patterns.

Responsibilities

• Pattern detection and behavioral analysis on high-volume logs.
• Design and implement real-time risk policies to balance security and UX.
• Write production-grade SQL and Python to analyze graphs and velocity.
• Translate models into operational risk strategies and run A/B tests.
• Conduct post-mortems on fraud incidents and optimize controls.
• Build dashboards and KPI tracking for risk performance.
