Bybit is seeking a Principal/Lead Crypto Capital Risk Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design and implement risk controls for on-chain fund operations and deposits/withdrawals. You will build a unified risk control capability and work with wallet, asset, and security teams.

The role requires 5+ years in backend risk development, proficiency in Go or Node.js, and experience with public blockchains and wallet tech (HD wallets, multi-sig, MPC).

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend experience with Go or Node.js.
• Experience with high-concurrency architectures and maintenance of fund pipelines.
• Familiarity with public blockchains and on-chain querying tools.
• Knowledge of wallet technologies (HD wallets, multi-sig, MPC).

Responsibilities

• Build risk control capabilities for deposit/withdrawal and on-chain fund operations.
• Design blockchain risk control strategies including rule validation and anomaly interception.
• Create a risk control decision engine with rule engines and decision trees.
• Collaborate with wallet, asset, and security teams to improve security and stability.
