Job summary

Pall Corporation’s Centre of Financial Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an Account Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end AP processes including vendor master, invoice processing and GRIR. You will work with the local finance team to ensure policy compliance and process improvements.

Requirements include a higher or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years in AP (preferably Shared Services), SAP and MS Office proficiency, and strong negotiation and Korean

Qualifications

Higher qualification or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in accounts payable, preferably within Shared Services operation.
Strong knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office; proficient in Korean language.

The Associate is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, control and compliance in place.

This position reports to the Team Manager and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting or Finance
A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation
Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation & communication skills in Korean Language
