Good knowledge of endpoint security technologies, including Antivirus (AV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), application control/whitelisting, removable media governance and security policy management.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python or similar technologies.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work closely with production teams and external service providers.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Previous experience in multinational manufacturing environments or regulated OT environments will be advantageous.
Relevant certifications such as MCSE or MCSA are preferred.
You will report directly to the Head of Workplace Operations & IT Security and work closely with a diverse network of regional and global technology stakeholders.
The role involves close collaboration with global and APAC IT teams, cybersecurity specialists, enterprise architecture, major incident management, site services and production teams.
You will also engage with external technology integration partners to support OT security deployments, infrastructure improvements and ongoing operational activities.
