Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist Operations Excellence to drive root-cause investigations, transformational improvements, and forward-looking solutions to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and performance of our semiconductor products.

You will govern competency development initiatives, validate training, manage SME frameworks, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to build skills, implement roadmaps, and monitor effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Govern and sustain SME framework across Operations and related systems.
• Lead competency development initiatives and roadmaps.
• Develop and establish Video-on-Demand (VOD) training content and publish training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to establish training schedules and assessment methodologies.
• Oversee and drive annual competency assessments and close gaps.
