Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science / Semiconductor Technology
• 1-3 years related experience in FOL / EOL / Plating Process Engineering or in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and reliability requirements
• Familiar with structured problem-solving methods (8D, DMAIC, FTA) and capable of cross-level communication

Responsibilities

• Develop robust manufacturing processes and drive yield and quality improvements
• Lead 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR
• Lead and participate in yield, quality improvement and cost-reduction activities
• Promote high-performance teamwork and operational excellence
