Qualifications
- 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with packaging focus.
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, 8D, SPC and Cpk analysis.
- Proven problem-solving, analytics and leadership abilities.
Responsabilités
- Deploy control plans and review quality controls for effectiveness.
- Drive non-conformance handling (DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR, Red/Yellow Tag).
- Analyze KPIs, SPC and Cpk to lead improvements.
- Moderate and compile 8D reports for quality complaints.
- Conduct production floor audits and close audit findings promptly.
- Maintain quality documentation (FMEA, procedures) aligned with ops.
- Support in-process quality monitoring during NPI and process changes (GCM).
- Lead EOL production quality activities and CI programs.
