Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a senior Production Performance Excellence specialist to drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery and efficiency across multiple production sites, including ramp-ups and high-volume runs.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, test, engineering, quality and R&D to achieve operational excellence, lead NPI and change initiatives, and ensure supply continuity across global sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related technical discipline.
• Business or management qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Production Performance Excellence: Initiate and drive sustainable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency across multiple production sites.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives during product ramp-up and high-volume production.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, test, engineering, quality, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead complex product ramp-ups from development into volume production and manage production-related change initiatives (NPI & Change Management).
